So often when people spend a lot of money on a good quality production knife (and many custom knives) they are dissapointed by the quality of the sheath. I try to take as much pride in my leatherwork as I do in every other aspect of my knifemaking.

That is why I often undertake leatherworking commissions for people who already own a favoured knife. I am able to make a sheath for the left handed or for a different carrying position.
